Little Nell Condominiums  
Wi-Fi  System

Gigabit network and up to 470Mbps Internet speeds.

Since February 2022, we are running on a new Gigabit network with a new Comcast Internet
feed which delivers 450Mbps, with 7 times faster WiFi Internet speeds.

Aspen Hi Tech made a considerable investment into the new hardware and installation,
while making sure that the old (abandoned) SunDial equipment kept working in 2
non-upgraded units.  

The new system is monitored every 5 minutes with alarm emails being sent to me
within 15 minutes of an outage.
Also, the system automatically reboots, if the Internet is unavailable for 20 minutes.

We upgraded 9 units to the new system and 2 units are still on the old, re-configured, much
slower wifi routers. Everything works fine for all units, but the old devices in unit 1 & 4
cannot be repaired, once they fail. The old devices are running on a100Mbps network, with
a maximum WiFi speed of about 40-60 Mbps.

For emergencies, I prepared 2 temporary Access Points, that can be plugged
into the existing wire feeding the current device. (SSID = LN-temp,  "colorado")
